Renovation: yes or no?

I have witnessed several renovations. Some I experienced with my clients, while others I felt firsthand. What should you remember from them? Čo si z nich treba zapamätať?

That they have a beginning, middle, and end. And what happens in between? It's not always easy, but it always ends with a happy resolution.

There is a lot written online about construction companies and contractors. From my own experience, I can only say the best.

A correct approach, politeness, willingness, and above all, a desire to work. The key is to agree on all terms in advance, so the client knows the value of the work from the very beginning. As for materials, they can purchase them for you, or you can choose together in stores. I have tried both options.

Experienced construction companies will not only advise you on material selection. They purchase frequently and in large quantities, so discounts are inevitable. Tasks are clearly assigned, and they work quickly and efficiently. Do delays sometimes happen? Yes, like when I decided we would also be doing the electrical work 🙂

You might be surprised that interior design changes faster than fashion designers' collections. The range of options has also expanded; instead of 10 types of tiles, there are now 100. Finding the right combinations of shades and materials is the specialty of architects and interior designers. For the rest of us, the principle of "less is more" applies. Poor combinations can easily devalue an entire property. What are your experiences?
