Representatives from financial institutions, economic experts, developers, and the mayor of the city, Matúš Vallo, had the opportunity to comment on the current situation in the real estate market. Each offered their perspective and experiences from their respective segments.
I personally view the situation in the real estate market positively. I consider the topic of interest rates to be outdated. Currently, we still have a buyer's market, which means that clients have more options. Owners are more flexible with prices, and developers are offering above-standard quality.
In high-end projects, you will find more modern interiors. Features include large-format tiles and flooring, exterior blinds, a reception area, security services, garage parking, and storage units included in the price.
While we cannot change the global economy, a minor adjustment to the construction law could help significantly. Approval processes currently take about 7 years, during which the real estate market changes so much that developers have no choice but to reflect this in their prices. I also see a great opportunity for better communication between the city and developers.
PS: As is often the case, I won the raffle again 🙂 This time, I took first place. The gentlemen from Packeta gifted me a beautiful electric scooter. My wish is to donate it to charity. If you have any specific suggestions in mind, please let me know!
